Shipping Policy

We use several logistic partners for our shipments, our preferred logistics partner is Bluedart, ATS and or Delhivery Courier partners for Local orders and DHL for international orders. We ship both domestic and internationally, domestic shipping is free and international shipping cost will be shown in the cart during checkout. Normal shipping estimate for all domestic shipments are between 5 to 7 business days, delays might occur in some unavoidable situation which we are definitely trying to mitigate.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Refund:

Your money will be refunded within 7 working days from time of processing the refund. refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase. You have to meet the cancellation policy clause for refunds.

Cancellation policy:

Your order can be cancelled before it is dispatched with a small fees charged by payment gateway provider and conversion charges. However, if the order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, a return shipping charge and a 35% restocking fee will be applicable. For orders cancelled before dispatch, there may be a payment gateway fee of 4%, currency conversion charges of 3% for international orders, and 2% other fees. The payment gateway providers and processing charges may deduct 7-9% of the order value, and the remaining order value will be refunded.

We have tied up with multiple payment gateways and Razor Pay is our preferred payment gateway provider. we accept all kinds of Debit, Credit Cards and Net Banking
