Shipping Policy

We ship both domestically within India and internationally.

Domestic Shipping

We have structured our shipping to be fair and transparent — the exact shipping cost for your order is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Free shipping is available on larger orders, with thresholds that vary slightly by region. Orders within Telangana & Andhra Pradesh qualify for free shipping starting at a lower order value than other states, reflecting shorter delivery distances.
Orders are shipped via Bluedart, ATS, or DTDC.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, regional disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if your order is delayed.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via DHL.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

A COD handling fee of ₹89 applies on all Cash on Delivery orders.
COD is available on most products, up to a maximum order value of ₹2,000, subject to serviceability at your delivery location. A few items with a limited shelf life or fragile packaging are available for prepaid orders only.
To confirm your COD order, we collect a ₹100 advance via UPI. This amount is adjusted against your final bill, so you pay ₹100 less at the time of delivery.

Cancellation & Store Credit Policy

Due to the freshly prepared and perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order or before the status changes to Processing, whichever is earlier.
No cancellation or store credit once processing or dispatch has begun.

Store Credit Terms

In case of leakage, damage, or missing items, please share an unedited, continuous unboxing video — starting from the sealed package before opening — along with clear photos, within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.

Valid for 45 days
One-time use, non-transferable
Cannot be exchanged for cash

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the fresh, perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as taste preference or change of mind. For orders received damaged, leaking, or with missing items, please refer to our Store Credit Terms above — a valid unboxing video and claim within 24 hours of delivery are required.
