It’s a thin layered paper sweet made from natural jaggery, rice paper, ghee and broken cashew nuts. It’s require lot of skill to make this wonderful local delicacy. Pootharekulu are made of : Rice Paper by using earthen pot on fire wood, Desi Ghee, Jaggery, Broken cashew nut, Lots of care, skill and loveLot of skills is required in making rice wafers using a wood-fired earthen pot.     Bellam Pootharekulu was my first order with SITARA-FOODS and I am fully impressed with the Quality, Proper Quantity, and Packaging of the product. I first had this in Bengaluru but due to lockdown I came back to my hometown in West Bengal and since then I am missing the sweet Pootharekulu and suddenly I searched and found SITARA foods and immediately without thinking twice I just ordered.
