All our Vegetarian, Non Vegetarian Pickles are 100% homemade with best quality ingredients. We also sell seasoned exotic fruits & flowers online.
All of our Non Vegetarian pickles are made in limited quantities on day to day basis, to serve your order faster. So all our Non Vegetarian pickles are only a few days old, Fresh by the time they reach you.
Our Vegetarian pickles are made in season, when the main ingredients are available for instance, Mangoes used for pickles are available only in the summer, so our Mango pickles are made in summer. As we use the fresh & best quality mangoes, ingredients and oil, our pickles have much longer shelf life compared to others. Normally we say shelf life is one year. But we in our own home use it more than 2 years for some. As the per the saying patha chintakaya thokku ruche kotha daniki radhu sumi, meaning old tamarind pickle will taste much better than the new one.

All our pickles are double packed, meaning we pack it with high density, non-breakable bags first and then we do it again, So, it makes sure it’s strong enough not to break. Most of our customers buy our pickles to take them abroad, So, our packing makes sure that its doesn’t break during the transit in flights or baggage handling system. We take utmost care while undertaking packaging of our products so that your food items are delivered to you in the best condition.
Depending on the customer’s location, the delivery time may vary. It can range from same day delivery to a maximum of 5 working days. However at times, it may even take longer.

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
Internationally issued credit/debit cards are also accepted.

After you have made the payment on Sitara for the food item of your choice, We will send you an email from Sitara containing the details of your order and an order number. We will send you the tracking details, once order is dispatched and can be used to track the status of your order at any stage.
Delivery charges may be extra depending on the product to product. Please check individual product for the same. In most of the cases, the delivery charge is ₹50 . For orders over ₹2000 delivery charge is waived off.
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return. Wherever possible Dhelivery Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through Delivery, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Seller. You have to return the order before the 7th day. As it is a perishable product we cannot accept returns after 7 th day.

Yes, we do service orders on Cash on Delivery
If you would like to order larger quantities of any product, please contact us on wecare@sitarafoods.com and we will service the same at the best possible bulk quantity prices.
On every product detail page there is a pin code check option. Please enter your pin code against your selected product to find if the product can be delivered to the location. Additionally, at the time of checkout based on entered parameters our system will process the eligibility of the order. We restrict the delivery of certain products with lower shelf life to most metro pin codes only. This is to ensure timely delivery.
